SAM Nine International 1/2 Texaco Postal Challenge
This picture is the SAM Chapter 9 group with the planes we used for the 1/2A International Texaco Postal Challenge flyoff on 9/30/2007. From left to right, are Sam Nine members John Kennedy holding Pat Leray's "Kerswap" he used in the competition, Patrick Leray with his MG-2, and Tommy Gray with his 42" "Powerhouse". The tall grass in back of us was a real "Plane Saver" while we were trimming the planes!!
